I woke up, in the recovery room & the same kind nurses sitting at my side asking me how I was feeling,
People always say," your 1st impression is a lasting one."
So all together I had a WONDERFUL experience!!!!!! Thank you Dr, Kevin Williams & staff at Crescent Medical Center.
This young woman over heard me saying that I was hungry and as I was going home she put a bag filled with everything a gal could need. Her name is Gloria, in the outpatient area. This young woman went above the call of duty for a patient!

The staff are nice & friendly & the service is pretty good for a smaller hospital. I haven't been a patient here myself. But a friend had a major surgery her. And their treated her wit care...
I had a procedure this morning in the outpatient area. This was my third visit. All of your staff is very kind and accommodating but one young woman stood above them all!
I don't know why all these people out there post such awful comments about this location.
From the time my son brought me into the building, Every one we met spoken with kindness. Ooh my goodness, the nurses are such SWEET ladies!!! As soon as Dr, Kevin Williams arrived at the hospital, he made sure to come in & he realy LISTENED to any concerns Or worries I might have, He took the time to explain what he was going to be doing.

I had a appt this morning and the staff welcomed me with open arms. They made me feel comfortable while I was there. Ruby Hurd the tech helped me get set for my procedure and Jenn Vanderbilt took my blood for the procedure. At the end of my appointment Gloria got me a nice meal; she's very caring and helpful. From one of the other reviews I do agree Gloria does deserve a raise. Keep up the work

From the very 1'st time I went to his office for my consultation about my knee.Every one was very nice. There Dr Williams reassured me, that he would do everything in his power to fix my knee.
It was reassuring to know I could trust in his abilities as a PROFESSIONAL Doctor, not only this title that he worked very hard to get.
My husband went in for a procedure and the staff was amazing. Everyone was nice and extremely focused on the care and comfort of the patients and family and friends. Ms. Gloria the patient concierge and Alex in registration was amazing. They made the experience great. I would recommend this hospital to everyone.
