The absolute worst experience ever. All 3 times I've been. The patrons are out of control. Just think like 25 Brenda's from Scary Movie! And the employees are all too busy on there Cell phones to give a damn. Do not go. & 2.50 for Matinee is not worth the aggravation!!
Stopped coming here when they would not let my friend who forgot his wallet in to a movie. I found this odd as I am 34 and he is 32. So we went to his house in mesquite to get his wallet. Then just went to the theater in mesquite guess what we did not need his I'd for that one. I recommend never going to this one if you care about customer service or anything else for that matter. But if you have your Id and don't care about getting problems fixed at all. This is the cheapest theater around. But they don't give a damn about anything else.
My Whole Family have been coming to Cinemark For Over 13 Years and Every time ITS WONDERFUL AND EXCITING THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF IS AWESOME.

ITS WORTH THE GAS WE HAVE SO MUCH FUN AND MY WHOLE FAMILY BE HAPPY AND SO SATISFIED.
THE SMELL OF THE POPCORN MAKES ME WANT TO FLOAT TO IT JUST LIKE A Cartoon Character, The Prices and Combos is VERY REASONABLE and FAIR.
Worst Cinemark theater. It has gone from good to terrible in couple of years. People talk during the movie, no respect for other trying to enjoy the movie.
The movie and the theater was fine...This my second time in the past 3 months. I've never been to a movie theater with people smacking and loudly opening outside snacks taking over peoples focus of the movie!!!
